Psychology today provides a directory for therapists, providers, mental health treatment centers and support groups based on your geographical area. Features include the ability to narrow the search by faith, types of therapy, ethnicity and other specifiers.
LowCostHelp.com is national directory of affordable and sliding scale counseling services. Access to affordable mental health care should never be limited by your ability to pay.
Therapy for Black Girls is dedicated to helping break the stigma and barriers Black women face in mental health spaces. The website offers a free guide to help with the first steps of therapy as well as a directory which can help you find a therapist either in-office or virtually.

NAMI is an organization that provides resources and support for those dealing with mental health issues.
